libfence4 software package provides Red Hat cluster suite - fence client library, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfence4
libfence4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfence4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfence4 *
You will get with libfence4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
